Pandora's Box, the sensational 1929 silent film starring Louise Brooks, will be shown
in Brazil in the coming days. More information about this special screening, which is part of the 42nd International Film Festival in Sao Paulo (aka MOSTRA), can be found HERE, and below.
Pandora's Box will be shown with an orchestral accompaniment at the Ibirapuera Auditorium on October 27th at 7 pm. The live score, by the German composer Peer Raben, will be performed by the Symphonic Jazz Orchestra under the command of maestro Fábio Prado. Raben's score was composed in 1997 to accompany a recent restoration of the film.
